AuthorTales LLC provides a service to create personalized storybooks. You provide character details and photos, and we generate a custom book printed and shipped to your specified address. All books are print-on-demand and made in the USA.

User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Upload only photos you have the right to use
• Not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on rights of others
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to photos and content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a license to use your content solely to create and deliver your personalized book.

Our Content

All story templates, book designs, and generated content are owned by AuthorTales LLC. The final personalized book is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

Orders and Payment

• All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Your book takes 7-10 days to produce and 7-10 days for standard delivery (14-20 days total). During peak seasons—Christmas, Valentine's, Mother's Day, and Father's Day—allow 10-14 days for each stage (20-28 days total).
• You will receive email confirmation when your order ships
• Shipping times may vary based on location

Limitation of Liability
