We stand behind the quality of our personalized storybooks. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a full refund within 30 days if:

• You are not satisfied with the quality of the book
• The book does not match your expectations
• You experience any issue with the personalization

No questions asked. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Books

If your book arrives damaged or has printing defects, we offer two options:

Option 1: Free Replacement

We will print and ship a replacement book at no additional cost to you.

Option 2: Full Refund

We will issue a complete refund for your purchase.

To claim damaged goods: Please email support@authortales.com with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will process your replacement or refund immediately.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email us at support@authortales.com
2. Include your order number and reason for refund (optional)
3. For damaged books, attach photos of the damage
4. We will respond within 24 hours

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of approval
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders. In the case of damaged goods, we cover all replacement shipping costs. For standard refunds, no return shipping is required.

Cancellations

Before Production: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before we begin printing.

After Production Begins: Once printing has started, cancellations are not available, but our 30-day guarantee still applies after delivery.
